Our Process

After you submit your resume and cover letter to PL Group, your information is entered into our computer database. This lets our hiring managers and human resource professionals easily access your information.

You will get a letter from our Human Resources Department within two weeks, informing you that your information has been received.

It will remain active for 2 years. Each time we have an open position, your information will be searched to see if it matches the job requirements. Managers will call the candidates who best match their jobs.

Because PL is an international company with many divisions, you might receive phone calls from more than one interested hiring manager with an open position. During or after that contact could come an invitation for an interview, with details to be determined based on the needs and location of the particular job and hiring manager.
